About Us

The story

Mediterranean, Algarve and Alentejo food are part of a set of fragile and valuable heritages that reveal deep knowledge. Ensuring the continuity of these kitchens means adapting them to today’s lifestyle and needs. Re-learning traditions and integrating them into the food practices of contemporary life is a challenge and an expression of innovation, in the adoption of practices that combine well-being, health and taste pleasure.

Chef

With training in cooking and pastry his professional experience was developed in recognized places; Tivoli Lisboa, Hotel Bazar in Rotterdam, Convento do Espinheiro in Évora and recently in the restaurant Al Quimia, Algarve.
With roots in the North and Center of Portugal, it was in the South that he established his greatest appreciation for Portuguese cuisine, where he acquired a deep knowledge of Alentejo and Algarve cuisines, which he intends to streamline in an elegant way and without losing its essence, in our Gaspacho & Migas.

What drives me? It's the passion for creativity!
